Job Description – Accounts Executive
Position: Accounts Executive
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Project Experience: High-Rise Commercial & Residential Projects
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, invoices, and expense records.
- Manage project-related accounts, billing, and payments.
- Prepare MIS reports, bank reconciliation, and monthly financial statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, clients, and internal departments.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and other applicable requirements.
- Monitor project expenses and maintain proper documentation.
- Support audits and assist management with financial reports.





Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong experience in high-rise commercial and residential construction projects.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and project accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
