About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager – Google Ads to manage and grow client relationships while driving robust performance across Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid search, and client servicing, with a strong understanding of Google Ads and performance marketing.
You will act as a strategic partner to clients, understand their business objectives, translate them into effective paid media strategies, and work closely with internal teams to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business goals, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
- Plan, execute, optimize, and oversee Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and other relevant formats.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, ROI, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Develop paid search strategies, budgets, forecasts, and performance plans aligned with client objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and present actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly campaign reports and business reviews.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of client engagements.
- Work closely with PPC, analytics, creative, content, and technology teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Troubleshoot campaign and tracking-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
