Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Architect

Role Summary

Own architecture and delivery of Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions across campaign orchestration, personalization, and real-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Design omnichannel customer journey frameworks.

· Architect event-driven and audience-triggered campaigns.

· Configure journeys, decisioning, offers, and personalization strategies.

· Integrate AJO with RTCDP, AEP, CRM, and marketing platforms.

· Define governance, deliverability, and consent management practices.

· Lead technical solution design and implementation teams.

· Optimize engagement, conversions, and customer experiences.

· Provide architecture reviews and production support guidance.
