Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off:
Sunday + 2nd & 4th Saturday

Compensation:
₹15,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Team Leader - PCOS Segment
who can take ownership of team performance, client servicing, and overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mentors under the PCOS segment

• Monitor daily team performance and client progress

• Track red-zone, orange-zone, and green-zone cases





• Ensure timely client communication and high-quality servicing

• Conduct review meetings and follow-up calls

• Handle difficult client cases and escalations

• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards

• Drive monthly team goals and performance

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

• Monitor client satisfaction, renewals, complaints, and refunds
