Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Performance
- Drive sales and profitability across all stores within the assigned cluster.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Analyze store-wise sales performance, conversion, ATV, UPT, and other key retail metrics.
- Identify business opportunities and implement action plans to improve store performance.
- Monitor daily sales and ensure timely corrective actions for underperforming stores.

2. Store Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits.
- Ensure proper stock management, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse, finance, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure stores maintain House of Fett's visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.

3. Team Management & Development
- Lead, motivate, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.




- Set explicit performance expectations and review team performance regularly.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of key retail talent.
- Build a strong performance-driven and customer-centric culture.

4. Customer Experience
- Ensure a premium and consistent customer experience across all stores.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalated customer concerns.
- Drive clienteling, customer relationship management, and repeat business.
- Encourage teams to build strong relationships with high-value and repeat customers.

5. Inventory & Loss Prevention
- Monitor stock levels, ageing inventory, transfers, and stock movement.
- Ensure regular stock audits and minimize shrinkage and stock discrepancies.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to optimize product availability across stores.
- Ensure proper handling of high-value merchandise.
