Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bridal / Fashion Consultant with strong knowledge of luxury womenswear (bridal experience preferred).

The ideal candidate will deliver an elevated in-store experience, drive sales performance, and build long-term client relationship.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across luxury womenswear collections, with a strong understanding of bridal styling preferred.

Assist clients in selecting outfits by offering personalized styling advice aligned with their preferences and occasions.

Drive store revenue by actively contributing to sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Collaborate closely with stylists, designers, and store managers for inventory planning, trend insights, and customer feedback sharing.





Build and manage a strong client database; nurture relationships through consistent follow-ups and structured sales funnel management.

Ensure an exceptional, seamless in-store customer experience that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.

Key Requirements

4–5 years of experience in luxury retail, womenswear, or bridal couture.

Strong understanding of fabrics, silhouettes, fittings, and styling principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing customer pipelines.

Proficiency in English & regional languages (as needed)Compensation
