We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Marketing Manager to promote our hospital’s eye care services and strengthen community engagement. The role involves planning and implementing marketing strategies, building patient awareness, developing doctor referral networks, and supporting hospital branding initiatives to increase patient footfall.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote hospital services, specialty clinics, and eye health awareness programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral doctors, clinics, optical shops, and corporate organizations.
- Coordinate community outreach programs, free eye camps, school screenings, and awareness campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing activities including hospital website, SEO, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online reputation management.
- Design and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, posters, patient education content, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with doctors and management to plan seminars, workshops, and patient education initiatives.




- Monitor patient inquiries, referral leads, and conversion rates; prepare regular marketing reports for management.
- Liaise with media, local associations, and vendors for advertisements, PR, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to understand patient needs, competitor activities, and healthcare industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing (experience in eye care will be an added advantage).
- Robust communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and healthcare promotions.
- Ability to organize community programs and drive patient awareness initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic design/marketing software.
