JOB TITLE: Finance Manager

Responsible for leading all the financial activities for the assigned legal entities and act as a business partner to the General Manager and Business functions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




- Perform the month end book closing activities and reconciliations including accruals, prepayments, general ledger review
- Support the tax (direct and indirect) assessments in coordination with tax consultants
- Lead the external, internal and tax audit for the assigned legal entities
- Execute the planning and budgeting activities and develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
- Prepare Monthly / Quarterly / Annual financial reporting packs along with variance analysis
- Ensure Statutory payments are made on a timely basis and in accordance with statutory requirements
- Lead the coordination with other functions within the organization
- Performs any other duties as and when required by the supervisor

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- Post qualification degree in accounting (preferably Chartered Accountant)
- Significant previous experience out of which five years in
