We’re looking for an
Associate Director – Catalogue & Content Operations
to own and scale this function globally.

This is
not a traditional catalogue management role
. You’ll build a
high-scale, AI-first catalogue operation
, combining people, processes, data and technology to create a best-in-class operating model.

If you've scaled catalogue, content, inventory or operations at an
e-commerce, D2C, marketplace or consumer-tech company

What You'll Own

Catalogue & Content

Own the quality and completeness of Amber's global property catalogue across:




- Property and room information
- Pricing and availability
- Images, videos and virtual tours
- Amenities, policies and descriptions
- Content enrichment and quality standards

Your goal:
make every property accurate, complete and conversion-ready.

AI & Automation

Build the future of catalogue operations through
AI and automation
.

You will identify and automate high-volume manual workflows using:
- AI/LLMs for content generation and enrichment
- Automated data validation and reconciliation
- APIs and web scraping
- Image/content classification
- Duplicate and anomaly detection
- Automated inventory and pricing monitoring
- Intelligent workflows and exception management

You’ll partner with
Product, Engineering and Data
to take automation initiatives from idea to production.

Operations & Scale

Lead a
60+ member global Catalogue Operations team
, including ~5 managers.

You will own:
