Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging creative assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, presentations, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Develop visually appealing designs aligned with RVEIs brand identity and maintain consistency across institutional brands.
- Create creatives for admissions, events, institutional branding, student engagement, digital marketing, websites, email campaigns, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, photography, and video teams to execute integrated creative campaigns.
- Ensure designs are accurate, visually appealing, and production-ready for both digital and print formats.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh and creative ideas.
- Stay updated with current design trends, AI-assisted creative tools,



and emerging visual communication techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 04 years of relevant experience in graphic design. Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered for junior positions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing creative formats.
- Ability to adapt designs across different platforms, formats, and screen sizes.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback positively.
