This include2D and 3D modelling and designs, structural and thermal analysis, supplierfollow-ups and procurement of parts, testing and necessary aids for massmanufacturing

RoleDescription:

The candidateshould be capable to provide technical aid in thermal and structural design.Prototyping and testing of electronic motors / parts suitable for EVapplicable.

1.Conceptmodel and drawing preparation and drawing GD & T and Tolerance stack upanalysis

2.Intemperance Check and Layout Analysis

3. ConductCFD simulation for motor cooling

4. Performstructural FCA for motor components

5. DFMEAPreparation

6.Procurement of designed parts

7.DFA/DFM/DFS Closure and Special Characteristic Mapping

8. Conductbench mark study
