We are hiring a self-motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
for a
Full-Time Remote
role. In this position, you will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and drive the sales cycle for our AI and software solutions from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
Prospect and generate high-quality B2B leads via outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement:
Conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients, understand their operational challenges, and present tailored AI/software solutions.
- End-to-End Sales Management:




Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.
- Account Management:
Nurture existing client relationships to encourage repeat business, upselling, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with technical and marketing teams remotely to align offerings with client needs.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong background in
B2B Lead Generation
and
New Business Development
.
- Good understanding of tech/SaaS products, sales processes, and basic AI or automation solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong virtual presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Highly disciplined, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a
remote
workplace.
- Comfort working in a
commission-based / performance-driven
pay structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
