Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 8–9 years of experience to lead our AI-powered digital marketing, brand communication, organic growth, and market positioning initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in SEO, SMO, organic digital marketing, campaign management, content strategy, healthcare/health-tech marketing, and data-driven marketing. You will play a key role in strengthening our digital presence,



building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and positioning Essence Health as a trusted innovator in the healthcare technology space.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Lead AI-powered marketing initiatives to improve content creation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and marketing efficiency.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across LinkedIn, email marketing, website, social media, and content platforms.
- Drive organic digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SMO, content marketing, and organic audience growth.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, technical SEO coordination, content optimization, and organic traffic growth.
- Manage SMO and social media strategies, particularly LinkedIn, to increase brand visibility,
