MechanicalMaintenance
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of plant machinery with minimum downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures in a timely manner.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and productivity.
- Support TPM, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost reduction.
Planning& Execution
- Prepare annual maintenance plans and shutdown schedules.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize maintenance-related disruptions.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance cost.
Safety& Compliance
- Ensure adherence to EHS standards and statutory requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments for maintenance activities.
- Implement LOTO and secure work practices during maintenance activities.
TeamManagement
- Lead and guide maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Allocate jobs, monitor execution, and ensure timely completion.
- Develop team capabilities through training and skill enhancement programs.
Documentation& Reporting
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history cards, and SOPs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
