Were looking for two talented Senior Instructional Designers to join the Liberate team. In this role, youll lead the instructional strategy for custom eLearning projects, from initial analysis and learning design through storyboarding and final quality review. Working closely with subject matter experts, visual designers, and development teams, youll create engaging, learner-centric experiences that deliver measurable business impact.

What you will do
- Run learning needs - Analysis with clients and translate business requirements into measurable learning objectives.
- Write detailed - Storyboards and scripts for eLearning modules, microlearning, simulations, and blended programs.
- Apply adult learning - Principles and established design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
- Review builds for - Instructional accuracy and provide structured feedback to the development team.





What we are looking for
- Six or more years of instructional design experience, ideally within an agency or enterprise earning function.
- A portfolio that demonstrates custom eLearning work.
- Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise, or comparable e-learning authoring tools is an added advantage.
- Solid written English and the ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
