To carry out vehicle diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting as per manufacturer standards while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and general repairs on vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle-related problems.
- Identify the root cause of technical issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Carry out complex repairs and troubleshooting beyond the scope of Level 1 technicians.
- Follow manufacturer-recommended repair procedures and technical guidelines.
- Use diagnostic scanners and special tools effectively.
- Inspect vehicles and ensure all identified issues are properly rectified.
- Conduct quality checks after completing repairs.
- Support Level 1 technicians in resolving technical issues and guide them when required.
- Escalate complicated technical problems to the Service Manager or Technical Team.
- Maintain proper documentation of repair and diagnostic activities.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained properly.
- Follow all safety, quality, and workshop procedures.
- Complete assigned jobs within the expected time and maintain productivity standards.
- Stay updated on current vehicle technologies, technical updates, and repair procedures.

Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Relevant experience in an automobile service workshop.
- Experience in vehicle diagnosis and advanced repairs will be an added advantage
