Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development and Execution:

Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business goals. Implement plans across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YT, etc.) to enhance brand awareness, engagement and generate leads. Develop and implement an organic social media strategy that aligns with our brand values and business goals, emphasizing natural audience growth and engagement

Content Creation and Management:

Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) to engage the audience and promote brand-focused messages. Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate to produce relevant and appealing content. Craft and manage compelling, authentic content tailored for each social media platform. Focus on storytelling, community building, and real estate trends to engage our audience organically.

Community Engagement:

Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.



Actively engage in conversations and build relationships with the community. Foster genuine interactions with our community through timely responses, engaging conversations, and community management practices that encourage organic reach and engagement.

Event Management:

Plan, organize, and manage all social media events, including live events, webinars, and virtual tours. Ensure these events are well-promoted and successful in terms of engagement and lead generation.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of social media strategies using appropriate tools. Provide reports on social media performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the brand/marketing team to integrate social media with all other marketing efforts, including email campaigns and advertising. Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
