- Lead the design, build and configuration of Oracle OTM applications
• Act as the primary technical point of contact
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Manage and guide development teams
• Design and support transportation management integrations
• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues
• Participate in technical discussions and key project decisions
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
