About the Role

Tasknera HR Solutions is looking for a energetic and self-motivated Freelance BDM to acquire recent clients, generate business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The candidate will work closely with our Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and explain Tasknera HR Solutions' services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment and Operations teams for client requirements and execution.
- Ensure NDA and Service Agreement are signed with clients.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Follow up with clients for ongoing requirements and billing.
- Achieve business development and client acquisition targets.
- Requirements




- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Recruitment Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to generate and convert leads independently.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and client follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work remotely.
- Knowledge of HR/Recruitment services is an added advantage.
