Job Description

To lead the design and integration of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems ensuring seamless interface with electrical and building services while maintaining reliability and safety standards.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and coordinate ELV system designs including CCTV, access control, PA, BMS, and fire alarm systems.
- Review drawings, schematics, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Coordinate ELV integration with electrical and mechanical systems.
- Conduct design validation and optimize system layouts for performance and cost.
- Support execution teams with technical clarifications and commissioning inputs.
- Review vendor submissions and ensure interface compatibility

Nature of Ex.
- Design and coordination of ELV systems for large-scale building projects with knowledge of NFPA, BICSI, BIS, and TIA standards.
