Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP C4C Functional Consultant to design, configure, and maintain enterprise B2B CRM solutions. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) driving end-to-end functional configuration, process optimization, and client solutioning across SAP Sales and Service Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional configuration and solution design for SAP C4C (Sales and Service Cloud).
- Maintain and configure core B2B CRM capabilities, including Territory Management, Organization Structure, Business Roles, and Access Rights.
- Utilize Key User Tools (KUT) for custom field creation, screen adaptations, workflow rules, and transport management across tenants.
- Perform master data migration, mass data operations, and data integrity checks using Data Workbench.
- Configure standard and custom reports, combined key figures, and executive dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, BTP developers, and integration engineers (S/4HANA / CPI) to support digital product features.
- Facilitate unit testing,



UAT execution, defect resolution, and incident management via Jira / ServiceNow.

Required Qualifications Skills:
- Total Experience: 7 to 8 years in IT staffing/consulting environments with 3+ years of hands-on SAP C4C functional configuration experience.
- Solid hands-on expertise in SAP C4C Sales functionalities, Lead/Opportunity/Quote workflows, and contract management.
- Deep understanding of Territory Hierarchy setup and enterprise Org Structure modeling in SAP C4C.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and digital product detailing in client-facing environments.

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with SAP Sales Cloud V2, SAP Service Cloud V2, or SAP CX AI Toolkit.
- Working knowledge of SAP BTP, Cloud Application Studio (SDK), or SAP FSM integrations.
