Job Title- Warehouse Coordinator

Job Location- Moti Nagar, Delhi

Job Description

Responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely receipt and dispatch of goods, and maintaining proper warehouse records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of goods.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in physical inventory verification.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, dispatch, stock, and other warehouse-related documents.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, logistics, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of products.
- Track shipments and coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.




- Identify stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages and report them to management.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper organization.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory and warehouse reports.

Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems preferred.
- Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
