Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who can independently understand, analyze, and manage complex business requirements across multiple functions.

The candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, identify business problems, define requirements, and drive effective solutions from requirement gathering through implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business requirement analysis for multiple projects and initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
- Translate complex business needs into transparent, actionable requirements and solutions.
- Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare and review BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Prioritize requirements and manage changes based on business impact.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.




- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on business and data analysis.
- Take ownership of requirements from initial discussion through implementation and validation.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of proven Business Analyst experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle multiple complex requirements and projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirement management.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
