About the Role

We are looking for a driven and articulate Sales Manager to lead software sales efforts within the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and financial institutions, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the BFSI sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, Operations teams) in banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies
- Understand client requirements and present tailored software solutions/demos
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings,



and regulatory changes affecting BFSI
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 2–5 years of experience in software/B2B sales, preferably within BFSI;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident presentation and client-facing abilities
- Basic understanding of software/SaaS sales processes
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a quick-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as required
- Proficiency in MS Office. Specially PowerPoint presentations.
