We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst fluent in French to serve as a bridge between French-speaking customers and our English-speaking team in Pune. The ideal candidate will facilitate clear communication, gather and translate business requirements, and guide the team to execute the customer's vision effectively.

Responsibilities
- Converse with French-speaking customers to understand and document business needs
- Translate customer requirements into transparent,



actionable documentation for the English-speaking team
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Act as a bridge between customers and the delivery team to ensure alignment on project vision
- Facilitate stakeholder management across both customer and internal teams
- Support the team in Pune to execute the customer's vision accurately
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and processes to drive project delivery
- Ensure consistent and accurate communication flow between French-speaking clients and internal teams

Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Proficiency in spoken French and English
- Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD, and FRD
- Skills in stakeholder management
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
