Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review and approve packaging artwork through the Artwork Management System (AMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Review and approve shade cards and Technical Packages (TPs) for packaging materials.
- Initiate and maintain specification methods in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Review, approve, and maintain all documentation related to Vendor Management including preparation of Spec./STP.
- Manage Quality Management (QM) master data, including inspection plans, shelf-life management, retest periods, and material blocking/unblocking activities in MDN tools.
- Initiate, review, coordinate, and close Change Controls in TrackWise, ensuring timely implementation and compliance.
- Prepare, review, and provide Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Certificates of Compliance (CoC),



and other quality-related documents to customers.
- Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal quality management procedures across all assigned activities.
- Support cross-functional teams in quality, compliance, and documentation-related initiatives.

Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences industry setting.
- Robust understanding of COA (Certificate of Analysis), Coc (Certificate of Conformity), STP (Standard Test Procedure) & TPS (Total Productive System).
- Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) software.
- Artwork review & Approval.
