Responsibilities
- Ensure payroll governance is in place and fully operational.
- Stay up to date on statutory compliances related to employee payroll processes.
- Implement and manage various flexi-CTC packages, including flexi advantages.
- Evaluate and improve process levels within HR functions such as Payroll and Vendor Management.
- Work on payroll processes and related functions with a high degree of autonomy.
- Manage other HR-related activities for BFSI as assigned.
- Ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance with company policies.
