Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while providing personalized financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, promoting loan offerings, onboarding new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The role also involves working closely with banking and NBFC partners to facilitate seamless loan processing.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products, specifically personal and business loans
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools for client management
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with banking and NBFC partners
- Prior experience in financial services, sales, or client relationship management is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
