Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead to manage, guide, and support a team in achieving business and operational goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve assigned targets.
- Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of daily activities.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Track KPIs, productivity, quality, and overall team performance.
- Handle escalations and resolve team or customer-related issues effectively
- Conduct team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews.
- Identify training and development requirements for team members.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports and operational updates.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed.




- Support management in achieving organizational objectives.

Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous experience in a team-lead or supervisory role is preferred.
