Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The specialist will manage and grow client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote the agency’s services across event solutions, influencer marketing, and brand campaigns. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales outreach, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and event projects.



The role involves monitoring campaign performance, influencers outreach, preparing sales and marketing reports, and providing regular updates and support to clients. The specialist will also participate in training sessions, industry events, and internal initiatives to stay aligned with market trends and agency objectives.
