We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead / Technical Architect to join our team. The role involves driving architecture decisions, designing scalable and secure solutions, mentoring technical teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
About You:
- Good software engineering concepts and experience.
- 10+ years of experience into software development.
- Valuable technical architecture and system design concepts and experience.
- Practical experience of 1 cloud platform (preferably AWS).
- Practical experience of AI based solution development (API APIs, agentic AI development).
- Ability to manage and mentor team members.
- Ability to communicate well (verbal and written) with senior stakeholders of the organization

What You'll Be Doing:
- Design and drive scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Define technical architecture and system design standards, ensuring best practices across projects.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud-based solutions,



preferably on AWS.
- Architect and deliver AI-powered solutions leveraging APIs, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Conduct architecture reviews, identify technical risks, and recommend improvements to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and incorporating them into the organization's technology roadmap.
