Role Description




The Head of Ecommerce will lead Bipha Ayurveda’s online business strategy and operations, overseeing all digital sales channels and customer touchpoints. This full time on-site role, based in Kottayam, includes responsibility for managing the ecommerce platform, optimizing product listings, pricing, promotions, and user experience to drive revenue and customer engagement. The role involves analyzing web and sales data, coordinating digital marketing campaigns, managing inventory and order fulfillment workflows, and ensuring seamless integration between online and offline channels. The Head of Ecommerce will collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and IT teams, manage ecommerce projects and vendors, and continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and brand visibility in domestic and international markets.
