Position :- Project Steel Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent project sales opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, contractors, project consultants, architects, structural consultants, and procurement teams.
- Generate leads by mapping upcoming and ongoing construction projects in the assigned territory.
- Track projects from the initial stage to order closure and execution.
- Understand project requirements, steel specifications, estimated quantities, timelines, and procurement cycles.
- Promote and achieve sales of TMT bars and related steel products as per assigned targets.
- Conduct regular project visits and meet key decision-makers to generate business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, quotations, order processing, dispatch, delivery, and payment follow-up.
- Negotiate commercial terms with customers while ensuring company profitability.
- Monitor competitor activities,



market pricing, product movement, and customer preferences.
- Develop a strong project pipeline and maintain regular updates on project status, potential quantity, and expected order value.
- Ensure timely follow-up for approvals, product specifications, technical requirements, and vendor registrations.
- Work closely with distributors/dealers wherever required to ensure smooth project execution and material availability.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables from project customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports, project pipeline reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned for the territory.
