Role & Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and admissions.
- Handle walk-ins, inbound/outbound calls, and lead follow-ups.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with good computer and CRM knowledge.
