Role & responsibilities
- Plan, set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube where relevant.
- Conduct keyword research and develop paid and organic search strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting and conversion optimisation.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS and other performance metrics.
- Conduct regular A/B testing of ads, keywords, landing pages and campaign structures.
- Perform on-page, off-page and technical SEO for client websites.
- Conduct SEO audits and identify technical issues affecting rankings and website performance.
- Optimise website content, titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking and URLs.
- Develop keyword strategies to improve organic rankings and qualified website traffic.
- Build and manage ethical backlink and off-page SEO strategies.
- Work with website/development teams to resolve technical SEO issues.
- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.

- Prepare clear monthly reports showing results, insights and next steps.
- Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Preferred candidate profile
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and SEO.
- Proven results from previous campaigns, with case studies or performance reports to demonstrate results.
- Robust experience with Google Search Ads and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Strong understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
- Proficient with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar platforms.
