Sales Engineer Robotics

Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related Engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Product Expertise
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of robotics, automation products, and industrial solutions offered by Luna Technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics, Industry 4.0, AI, and smart manufacturing technologies.

Customer Engagement
- Meet prospective customers to understand their automation challenges and business requirements.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Build confidence by effectively communicating the value of robotics and automation solutions.

Solution Development
- Analyze customer applications and recommend customized robotic solutions.
- Work with engineering teams to design solutions that optimize productivity, safety, quality, and cost.




- Assist customers in selecting suitable robotic systems and automation technologies.

Technical Sales Support
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Support customers during installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales activities.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.

Proposal & Quotation Management
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive and value-driven solutions.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers and become their trusted automation partner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to identify recent business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Business Development
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Identify new industries, applications, and customers for robotics and automation solutions.
