About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR/Recruitment and gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding coordination
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms
- Conduct talent mapping and market/industry research to support hiring strategy
- Maintain and update candidate database/ATS records
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Recent graduate pursuing or completed an MBA (or related field)
- Prior exposure/internship experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valuable coordination and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
