We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Senior Executive to manage and drive day-to-day people operations for our growing team across India and global markets. This role will focus on payroll, compliance, HR systems, employee lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and global workforce operations. You'll work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to build effective and scalable HR processes in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role reporting directly to the HR Head.
