About the Role
Flexton Inc. is looking for an experienced and hands-on
Recruitment Manager
to lead technology recruitment initiatives across our staffing business. This role requires a strong combination of
hands-on technical recruiting, recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, team leadership, and business partnership
.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with
hiring managers, clients, senior leadership, and the CEO
to understand business requirements, drive hiring outcomes, improve recruitment processes, and build a high-performing recruitment function.
This is a
hands-on leadership role
, requiring active involvement in sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, client coordination, offer management, and closure of critical technology positions.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Recruitment & Delivery
- Lead
end-to-end recruitment
for technology positions across various skill sets, including Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA/SDET, AI/ML, Product, and other emerging technologies.
- Personally handle and close
critical,
niche, and senior-level technology positions
.
- Conduct initial technical/functional screening and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technology professionals.
- Ensure timely submission of quality candidates against client and internal requirements.
- Drive the recruitment process from
requirement gathering through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
.
- Track recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to improve closure rates.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Partner closely with
business leaders, account managers,
to understand current and future hiring requirements.
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to stakeholders and provide regular updates on hiring progress, market availability, challenges, and timelines.
