What You'll Do
- Understand the product/platform deeply and tailor presentations to client-specific needs
- Build a high-quality pipeline and support customer acquisition efforts
- Assist in delivering sales presentations and participate in client negotiations
- Work towards business targets: pipeline growth, client conversion, onboarding, and
revenue
- Manage customer expectations through cross-functional collaboration

What You'll Need
- A degree in any discipline; UG/PG or sales/marketing specialization is a plus
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to be on the field extensively (75% travel) and meet clients in person
- Confidence to engage with business owners, HR teams, and senior stakeholders over
time
- A consultative, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability, problem-solving attitude, and comfort with ambiguity
- Passion for sales and a drive to build a career in B2B/Enterprise sales
