Relationship Manager Sales/Customer Acquisition OPEN

We are looking for an experienced person with proven skills in Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales and Marketing Leadership as the Relationship Manager. This person will set customer acquisition target, develop strategies to achieve the target and train/guide/head the team to implement and achieve the target.

Responsibilities and Duties :
- Current Client Acquisition Business generation
- Build and handle HNI portfolio
- Establish/Develop partnerships with corporate clients
- Develop long term relationship with individual and corporate clients
- Establish/Develop partnerships with Direct Sales Agents
- Develop and update strategies as per technology available and market condition
- Strategize product modifications as per customer analysis
- Act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets
- Create own lenders network through different marketing channels, Social Networking sites, Event, Promotion etc




- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services
- Maintaining follow ups and client details
- Coordination with Sales, Operation and Technology team for smooth processing
- Coordination with operations team for disbursement process
- Maintaining follow ups and client details
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers
- Reporting daily appointments to the CEO office

Qualifications :
- Graduate or Post-Graduate ; Finance and Management Specialization preferred
- Min 2 years of Experience in relevant industry
- Candidates with proven Leadership, Team Management and sales Marketing experience would be preferred

Compensation :

6 12 lac, Incentive based on targets converted
