We are looking for a Territory Sales Executive to manage sales and marketing activities across an assigned territory in Karnataka.

The role involves achieving sales targets, developing the distributor and retailer network, managing customer relationships, supporting product promotion, and driving product reach at the farmer level.

The position requires solid understanding of rural markets, willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, and the ability to work closely with distributors, retailers, farmers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute the sales plan and achieve assigned sales targets for the territory.
- Monitor stock availability and provide sales and demand forecasts.
- Develop and strengthen the distribution network across the assigned territory.
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, farmers, and key customers.
- Identify new customers, markets,



and channels to increase product reach.
- Conduct farmer meetings, group meetings, field demonstrations, and product trials.
- Execute marketing and promotional activities at the territory level.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and agricultural insights.
- Support product demand generation and brand-building activities.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for product availability and supply.
- Follow up on collections, outstanding payments, and customer-related issues.
- Support logistics and supply-related activities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and sales updates.
- Liaise with relevant government/agriculture stakeholders wherever required.
