We are 40 years old firm engaged in audits and consultancy services accross India closely connected to banks and FIs and working on variety of assignments . We have set up a debt syndication vertical in which we are hiring managers/advisors.

Preferred candidate profile

Debt Syndication & Structured Finance, responsible for originating, structuring and executing debt fundraising mandates for mid-sized and large corporates across sectors including Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Infrastructure. Key responsibilities include assessing client funding requirements, evaluating business and financial performance, analyzing cash flows and debt servicing capability, and structuring suitable debt solutions aligned with project and business needs. Actively involved in raising long-term and short-term debt through term loans, working capital facilities and structured financing arrangements. Prepare lender-ready Information Memorandums (IMs), CMA data, financial models, project reports and credit presentations for submission to banks,



NBFCs and financial institutions. Conduct detailed financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, cash flow assessment and sensitivity analysis to support debt-raising initiatives. Coordinate with promoters, senior management, lenders, legal advisors, valuers, chartered accountants, engineers and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle, from mandate acquisition to sanction, documentation and disbursement. Manage debt syndication transactions ranging from Rs. 100 Cr to Rs. 500 Cr+, including lender identification, lender engagement, due diligence coordination, term sheet discussions and sanction follow-up. Support clients in optimizing capital structure and funding strategy while ensuring compliance with lender requirements.
