Junior Customer Logistics Analyst
Responsibilities
- Daily Processing of orders in SAP
- Removing delivery blocks on time ensure order cube targets are achieved for TL (3200) CPU (2500)
- Follow the protocols for min order quantities and applicable fees allowances
- Able to take customer calls via TalkDesk and provide solutions
- Look for process improvement opportunities bring in -10K cost savings
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders external partners
- Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely across all organizational levels
- Support a collaborative environment where every team member can contribute and grow
What you bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor s degree in supply chain, logistics or order management
- 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain workplace
- Intermediate-advanced capability with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills (English)
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and FourKites
- Advanced knowledge of SAP
- Results-oriented, analytical, detail-focused, organized, flexible, proactive, strong communication skills, and high organizational awareness.
