We're is looking for passionate and industry-experienced Faculty – Food & Beverage Service professionals to train and mentor diploma-level students aspiring to build successful careers in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical knowledge of Food & Beverage Service operations along with the ability to deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training.
Candidates with prior teaching or training experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver classroom lectures on Food & Beverage Service concepts and hospitality standards.
* Conduct practical training sessions on restaurant and banquet service.
* Demonstrate cocktail and mocktail preparation techniques.
* Train students in table setup, table etiquette, mise en place, and service standards.
* Teach various napkin folding techniques and table presentation.
* Demonstrate tray handling, service styles, and guest interaction skills.
* Train students in bottle flair basics, bottle and jug handling, and basic juggling techniques.
* Conduct practical sessions on glassware, crockery, cutlery, and beverage service.
* Prepare lesson plans, practical schedules, assignments, and assessments.
* Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain discipline and ensure a professional learning environment.
* Stay updated with current hospitality trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications
* Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management from a reputed institute.
Experience
* Minimum *3 years* of experience in a *5-star hotel* or an *overseas hospitality establishment*.
* Experience in Food & Beverage Service operations is mandatory.
* Prior teaching, training, or instructional experience is preferred but not mandatory.
