Responsibilities :-
- Design sensor enclosures, mounts, optical benches, and structural assemblies.
- Develop ruggedized housings for outdoor operation (IP65/IP67 preferred).
- Design thermal management solutions for lasers, detectors, and electronics.
- Create 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
- Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and design validation.
- Coordinate fabrication, machining, sheet metal, and injection molding vendors.
- Conduct vibration, shock, environmental, and field testing.
- Support drone, vehicle, and fixed-installation deployment projects.
- Develop assembly procedures and manufacturing documentation.
- Assist in product transition from prototype to productionRole & responsibilities

Skills :-
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.
- Understanding of GD&T;, manufacturing processes, and material selection.
- Experience with outdoor industrial equipment preferred.

Preferred Skills:
- Opto-mechanical design.
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Thermal simulations.
- UAV payload design.
- Knowledge of photonics, LiDAR, or sensing systems.
