Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HR (Talent Acquisition) to manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on Senior Management and Leadership Hiring.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, assessing and closing senior-level talent across business and corporate functions. Candidates with prior experience in the FMCG / Consumer Goods industry will be preferred.

The role will require strong stakeholder management, market mapping, candidate engagement, negotiation and recruitment execution capabilities.

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Senior Management, Leadership and critical positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and business expectations from hiring managers.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for senior and niche positions.
- Conduct market mapping and identify potential candidates from relevant industries and competitors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leadership and critical talent.




- Handle confidential and sensitive senior-level recruitment assignments.
- Drive recruitment closure within agreed timelines.

2. Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from Manpower Requisition to Candidate Joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, qualified networks and other channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on experience, functional expertise, cultural fit and career progression.
- Conduct initial HR discussions and preliminary candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with functional heads, business leaders and senior management.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer discussions, compensation negotiations and counter-offer situations.
- Ensure smooth offer release and joining of selected candidates.
