Role & Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) processes.
- Handle order-to-cash (OTC) cycle including sales orders, delivery, billing, and returns.
- Work on SD integration with MM and PP modules.
- Manage billing, invoicing, pricing procedures, taxation, and account determination.
- Configure and support credit management, delivery processing, and goods issue activities.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Coordinate with business users for requirement gathering, testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications and support development/testing activities.

- 5+ years of relevant SAP SD consulting experience
- Solid knowledge of OTC business processes
- Experience in implementation and support projects
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
