To strengthen our global operations, we established our Indian division, Knockout Agency, in April 2024 at Boomerang Tower, Chandivali, Mumbai. Our Mumbai team plays a critical role in supporting North American operations while driving impactful digital growth strategies.

We are looking for a agile and experienced IT Support Executive who can provide technical support, troubleshoot employee issues, manage business applications, oversee user access, and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems and tools.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Salesforce, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, and other business applications. The person will be the first point of contact for employees facing IT-related issues and will also be responsible for managing and tracking support tickets.

Key Responsibilities
Employee IT Support
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware,



software, network, email, and application-related issues.
- Troubleshoot issues related to laptops/desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, VPN, browsers, and other workplace technology.
- Assist employees with software installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Support employees with password resets, account access, MFA/authentication, and login-related issues.
- Ensure IT issues are resolved within defined timelines and escalate complex issues when required.

Business Applications & SaaS Support

Provide employee support for commonly used business tools, including:
- Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365
- Slack
- Salesforce
- Google Workspace and related applications
- Other internal SaaS platforms and business applications used by the company
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts based on employee onboarding, role changes, and exits.
