Retail Sales Executive – Saree Store (Telugu Mandatory)

Job Role
We are looking for a responsible and active Retail Sales Executive for our saree business.
This is a hands-on retail job. The candidate will handle customers through WhatsApp, video calls and in-person visits, as well as manage sarees, packing and day-to-day store activities.
Responsibilities
- Reply to customer enquiries through WhatsApp.
- Show sarees to customers through video calls.
- Attend customers who visit in person.
- Explain saree designs, prices and available options.
- Confirm orders and verify customer payments.
- Fold sarees properly after showing them to customers.
- Return each saree to its correct place after video calls or customer visits.
- Pack customer orders neatly and prepare parcels for dispatch.
- Help maintain and organize saree stock.
- Keep the store/work area clean and organized.
- Assist with other day-to-day retail activities when required.
Requirements
- Telugu speaking is MANDATORY.
- Basic Kannada preferred.
- Basic English reading and typing ability.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and smartphones.
- Positive communication with customers.
- Responsible and careful while handling sarees and payments.
- No degree required.
- 10th / PUC candidates can apply.
- Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
- Previous experience in a saree shop, clothing store, boutique or retail store is an advantage.
